Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You understand and agree, that we make, commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors or original works of art, digital works and printed works as accurately as possible on the Site and the Services. However, because of the notorious material differences, computer screens can show very different colors.  We are not responsible for any color accuracy of original works of art, digital works or printed work displayed on the Site and the Services, and we decline all responsibility in this respect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the producer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejections of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/dispatching costs for returning your item. Shipping/dispatching costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/dispatching will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping/dispatching an item over Euro 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping/dispatching service or purchasing shipping/dispatching insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Within 48 hours from the moment of payment, The cardholder may cancel or withdraw his order, provided The Work of Art has not been evidently dispatched.

Return of Damaged goods

In case of return of alleged damaged good is required, the complaint shall be addressed to the merchant email at within 48 hours after delivery. The merchant will do the best to their ability to inquire the matter with the dispatcher and the relevant insurance company concerning the good.
